Mr. Tony Powell -- master instructor and president of Powell vocal studio.
Tony
Powell is a Chicago grown product with over 25 years of musical history under his belt. Tony started singing
at the age of 11. He has sung professionally for 21 years. Tony is a jingle singer with over 300 radio and TV
commercials both nationally and internationally. He has sung and performed in three motion pictures, singing on the
soundtracks all "My Best Friend's Wedding", "Hoodlum" and "Unconditional Love".

Tony has also done studio recording vocals for such notables as Aretha Franklin,
Tony Bennett, Ray Charles, Michael Bolton, Patti laBelle, Charlie Daniels and many others.
Tony is a graduate of Northeastern State University and the Chicago Conservatory
of music. He has taught music on three different levels to include master vocal instruction at two professional music
Institutions. He is also given instruction in public speaking and voiceover work.
